THE GAME PLAN

CARE DEEPLY.
CONNECT AUTHENTICALLY.
CHARACTER MATTERS. COMPETE FEARLESSLY.

Responsibility
to the Rep

Our Gameplan is simple: Care Deeply. Connect Authentically. Build Character. Compete Fearlessly. These principles shape how we teach, how we train, and how we prepare athletes to execute when it matters most—on the basketball court and in life.

A BIGGER PURPOSE.

FourC was founded by Andrew Jones, a coach with 12 years of NBA experience and a deep belief that basketball can shape more than better players,  it can build better people.

With a background at the highest level of the game, Coach Drew brings an NBA standard of detail, discipline and intention to every session. FourC is the result of a lifelong commitment to the game and to the next generation.

ANDREW JONES

FOUNDER, FOURC

THE FOUR C’S IN PRACTICE

My coaching philosophy starts with knowing the person, understanding the player, and being intentional about what they need to grow. Trust and accountability belong together.

CARE

Invest in the person behind the player. Understand their goals, recognize their needs, and show up consistently for them.

CONNECT

Build trust through honest communication, listening, and shared work. A strong relationship creates room for meaningful coaching.

CHARACTER

Teach ownership, discipline, and respect. How players prepare, respond to mistakes, and treat others matters.

COMPETE

Compete with purpose. Bring effort, focus, and resilience to each opportunity, while learning to contribute to something bigger than yourself.

COMMITTED PLAYERS.
ALL AGES. ALL LEVELS.

FourC works with committed athletes of all ages and levels who are serious about improving. From individual and small-group training to FourC Academy and team development, our programs offer purposeful teaching and the right environment for every stage of growth.

“ THERE’S A RESPONSIBILITY TO THE REP. ”

Every repetition is a chance to build a habit, and those habits shape how we perform when the game demands more from us.

DETAILED TEACHING. GAME SITUATIONS. PURPOSEFUL FEEDBACK.
